Superbowl Party

Josie had her first Superbowl party at school this year. They were to wear their favorite team jersey. So we wear the only one she had, her Colts jersey. She took her Build a Bear Colt with her. They got to color and make football themed crafts and choose the team they thought would win. Josie chose the Ravens for winning.

Mommy's Little Helper

We made sugar cookies and rolled them out to cut them into football jersey shapes for Josie's Superbowl party at school. We also made some heart shaped ones for us to eat. Josie couldn't wait to ice the hearts and eat them. She's still all about the icing!

You're never gonna believe this one

I was talking to Mom on the phone, one day when she had Josie. Josie was in the bathroom peeing. She came running to Mom screaming her head off. Once Mom finally got her calmed down, she finally found out what she had done. She was trying to watch herself pee and fell off the toilet, hitting the basket in front of the toilet with her head.
It immediately caused a bruise and swelling. The next day the swelling was down, but the scab and bruise was there.

Wonderlab

Emily and I took the kids to Wonderlab on Martin Luther King Day. I was afraid that Riley would get bored before the girls, but he had an absolute blast! Some IU students had different areas set up that they could participate in a project. It was pretty neat!



They all got to make their own earthquake by jumping up and down on the floor infront of a computer. The first part on this is Kayla's earthquake, the second is Josie's. Riley took his, so I don't have a copy of his.



The girls also colored their own beetles at a station. This is Josie's.

Huh? What did you say?

Josie's newest thing in the tub is to cover her ears and go under water. She then tries to talk to you, asking something you would have to respond to, so that she can't hear you. Incredibly annoying dearest!

Art Room

Josie absolutely loves to spend time in her art room. If she's not playing with her baby dolls, you'll find her in the art room creating something.

Mikey's Birthday at Macri's

Mike didn't want his birthday party again this year. All he wanted to do was go to French Lick with the group. We are going to do that, but we had to have something, so we went into Macri's for dinner. Mike, Angalene, Dad & Mom joined us.
Of course that is Josie's favorite place to go but it's because she always has Troy & Alyssa to play with.
Alyssa accidentaly made her pink sprite one time and we have to get it everytime now. No one else has been able to make it the right way yet, so she makes sure Alyssa always gets it for her.
They got a new golf game and she had Troy playing that with her.





Last year, Mike surprised me with my birthday party at Macri's and we had to take photos at the Photo Booth when we were there. So when we got done and was ready to leave, we of course had to do it for Mikey's too.

Pink, Green and White what could go wrong?

Absolutely nothing! I rushed home with Josie after work so that I could try and get some good photos of her in the snow. I think they turned out pretty awesome, but this one is my absolute favorite! I think it's going big and on the wall!


And I had to get photos of her cute boots!



Later that night, after supper and bath, Josie & I got out my CD's and we danced around the living room. Gertie tried to join us, Daddy sat and watch.

Ice Cream, Camo and Dobermans

Every night Josie still eats popsicles in the tub. Usually no big deal, she eats it and we throw away the stick. But the nights she wants an ice cream sandwich, the bathwater is so gross, we end up having to give her a shower. You'll see little pieces of chocolate cookie floating around right along with her. This will be embarassing when she gets older!

She got these jammies for Christmas. She loves them. She wanted to pose for me in the camo chair with her camo jammies.

Even Gertie won't get away from my camera. She is such a hard dog to take photos of. So I got out my flash and started practicing. She kept looking at me like I was crazy. She's such a pain in the butt at times, but she is a very loyal and awesome dog!

How times have changed

Times have changed so much since we were kids. I still can't believe that a 4 year old can do all this computer stuff that she does. She loves to climb up in Daddy's lap or wherever, and play with her Kindle. I think here, her and her Dad were playing a truck racing game on the Kindle.
